Buddy and Blue, leading his beloved Jack. Jack passed away on November 25, 2009. This day was a special day for me in August 2008- it was the video taping of the audition for the First All Cowgirls Extreme Race with Craig Cameron. The event took place October 22, 2008. Buddy has been so supportive and is endlessly in my corner as I pursue my passion. He has taught me more than I could ever imagine. My heart is filled with love for this man who has become my best friend and mentor!
Wow! When I look back at this picture, I can see and feel the changes that have taken place since August 2008. Buddy had told me back then-give me a year to work with you, teach you, etc... then enter the All Cowgirl Race. Did I listen...no...lol..I made the audition for the race,however, had I listened to Buddy, I would have been more experienced.. he said he was still proud of my determination and how things went.
